Glowlead is aimed at nurturing and developing the leadership skills in women world wide. In Africa and in some culture, women face high barriers that limits them in attaining the highest level of power in leadership, education and in business. We serve as a role models to encourage and provide direction and motivation through educative programs, leadership empowerment seminors, training/vocational programs and undertaking projects in Ghana. As the saying goes, ”Charity begins at home’. We do this by identifying a problem in our community and finding solutions to either eliminate or bring it under control.

All women are unique in their own ways and have leardership and entreprenual skills in them, therefore Glowlead is committed to bring that perculiar difference out because we believe it is what makes them who they are. Women must accept themselves and discover their passion including unveiling their purpose in life. We wont ignore one factor that has become a hinderance to fulfiling our dreams and vision that is Gender inequality which has become a huge problem and difficult to resolve over the years. However, we intend not to leave any woman, child or girl behind and through that, we may be able to change Africa for good. Achieving this change will require policies and programmes that will improve womens acess in securing a better life for our future. Our mission is to groom and mentor the youth especially women and girls in self realization and self development and to enhance their capabilities to be useful in their community, businesses and in any leadership positions.

Our objecticve is to advocate for children and women’s rights in reducing stigmatization and discrimination faced by women and girls who are determined to fulfil their purpose in life and to take up responsible roles in leadership. Training women and girls to accept and discover their true identity and to know their design, following their passion and to be good virtuous wifes and daughters preparing for marriage and any other role. Coaching and grooming to help young girls become independent on themselves, preparing and teaching them to face life and in any difficult situation through our experinces and experince of others who made it.
