Dr Hamidi Issaka Boureima Country Director Niger A doctor by training and specialized in the field of development, I am also a laureate of the African Academy of Civic Engagement, an online training course run by the University of Georgia. With several years of experience in clinical practice, I have been involved in the field of development since 2016, where I worked for NGOs as a project manager, monitoring evaluator and technical assistant. In addition, since my ACEA 2021 certification, I am the president of the association of ACEA Niger laureates. Thus, apart from the civic aspect of our actions, we have been engaged for some time in struggles for the dignity of women; this involves the implementation of projects on themes such as violence against women, female leadership and women’s empowerment.
