Hiroua Goare Bienvenu is a Diplomat by profession and a dedicated change-maker and peace-maker. He is the CEO/Founder of Forlamy Dreams Association, a Chadian youth diaspora organization.
Additionally, he holds the position of Country President of African Union Youth Assembly Chad and serves as the Multinational Coordinator and Peace Ambassador for the International Human Rights Commission for Central Africa.
In his role as the Country Director for Glorious Women’s Linkage (Glowlink) Chad Republic, Hiroua is committed to empowering women and making a positive impact on society.
He strongly believes in the power of change-making and peace-making for a better future.
